When you order or submit an inquiry, we collect: name, email, phone/LINE ID, company name, tax ID (optional), and order/payment records.

To evidence the formation of the contract, we also record the time you accepted the Terms, your source IP address, and the version accepted.

2. Purpose of Use

Data is used solely for order fulfillment, invoicing, customer service, evidencing the contract and its content, and legally required record-keeping. We never sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties.

3. Payment Data

Card details are processed entirely on ECPay's secure pages. This site never handles or stores card numbers.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for the cart and admin sessions, and may use Google Analytics for anonymized traffic analysis.

5. Retention & Your Rights

Transaction records, including consent records, are retained for at least 5 years for tax and evidentiary purposes. Contact service@avalokite.xyz anytime to access, correct, or delete your data (except records we must legally retain).
