LINE AI customer service
LINE AI customer service that answers from your own data
Opening hours, prices, plan differences, how to pay — most of what support answers every day is the same few dozen questions. Avalo's AI support runs on your LINE Official Account and your website, answering from a knowledge base built on your FAQ, price list and documents, and handing over to you when a human is needed. From NT$69,000 (excl. VAT), including deployment and the initial knowledge base.
- Published prices, no hagglingStandard plans are on this site; written quotes after a consult are equally final.
- Domain in your nameWhen we register it, you are the registrant — never locked in.
- 6-month redirect on exitYour data stays yours. After you leave, the old URL still points to the new home for six months.
- 14 days of free bug-fixesDefects in the two weeks after acceptance are fixed on us, not on your care hours.
Who it is for
- LINE Official Accounts with more messages than anyone can answer, or none answered after hours
- Support and sales teams answering the same questions dozens of times a day
- Service businesses with complex plans and pricing that customers often get wrong
- Companies curious about AI support but worried it will misquote or overpromise

FAQ
Will the AI make things up?
Answers are limited to the material you provide. When something isn't covered, the AI says it isn't sure and asks for contact details so a person can follow up. Numbers such as prices are inserted by the system, never calculated by the model.
How is AI usage billed after launch?
The build fee covers deployment and the initial knowledge base. After launch we recommend AI Operations at NT$8,990/month, which includes a monthly AI API allowance, knowledge base updates and monitoring.
Can I have website chat without LINE?
Yes — either channel can run on its own, and adding the other later reuses the same knowledge base.
Can I try it first?
Try ours: the live chat on this site and our LINE Official Account @958nplck run on this same system.
